2. Admission Policy
- Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis unless specified otherwise.
- Students must provide accurate personal details and required documents.
- Fees must be paid as per the chosen plan before batch allocation.
- Edexcel Institute reserves the right to accept or reject admission applications.
3. Fee & Payment Policy
- All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless mentioned under Refund Policy.
- Payments must be made through approved methods (UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash, etc.).
- EMI or installment options are applicable only if declared at the time of admission.
- Late fee penalties may apply for delayed EMI payments.
- GST or applicable taxes may be charged as per government rules.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are allowed ONLY in the following conditions:
- Batch cancellation by the institute.
- Duplicate payment submitted by the student.
No refund will be issued for:
- Change of mind.
- Not attending classes.
- Course discontinued by the student.
Refund processing time: 7–15 working days after approval.
5. Course Delivery & Attendance Policy
- Classes may be delivered online/offline/lab sessions depending on the course.
- Students must maintain at least 75% attendance for eligibility for assessments and certifications.
- Missed sessions can be covered only through available recordings or backup classes (if applicable).
- Class schedules can be modified based on trainer availability or operational needs.
6. Code of Conduct
Students must:
- Maintain professionalism and respectful behavior.
- Avoid harassment, abusive language, or disruption during classes.
- Use the LMS and institute resources responsibly.
- Not share Zoom links, recordings, or study material outside the institute.
Violation of conduct may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.
7. Study Material & Intellectual Property
- All course materials, videos, recordings, assignments, and notes are owned by Edexcel Institute.
- Students are granted access only for personal learning use.
- Reproduction, distribution, or resale of institute content is strictly prohibited.
- Legal action may be taken against misuse of intellectual property.
8. Placement Assistance Policy
- Edexcel Institute provides placement support, not job guarantees.
- Students must complete required assignments, projects, and assessments to qualify for placement support.
- The student must attend mock interviews, resume sessions, and real interview calls responsibly.
- Company selection processes and final hiring decisions are not controlled by the institute.
9. Certification Policy
Certificates are issued only after:
- Course completion
- Required attendance
- Submission of all mandatory tasks
The name on the certificate will be as per the admission records provided by the student.
10. Data Privacy Policy
- Edexcel Institute collects basic student information for academic and administrative purposes.
- Your data will not be shared with third parties except placement partners or legal authorities if required.
- Classroom recordings may include student participation, which will be used for academic distribution only.
11. Technical Requirements (For Online Students)
Students must have:
- Stable internet connection
- Laptop/desktop with required software
- Headphones/mic for interactive sessions
The institute is not responsible for missed sessions due to technical issues on the student's side.
12. Termination/Suspension Policy
The institute may suspend or terminate a student's admission if:
- Fees are overdue
- Misbehavior or violation of policy occurs
- Misuse of institute property or digital content happens
No refund will be issued in such cases.
